If you are logged into Workspace, search for "ATIS White Papers" from your home page and click on the entry which will take you to a "group." It will be under Workspace/Documents and is called "Joint ATIS/SIP Forum Technical Report - IP Interconnection Routing." If you are not logged into workspace it looks like you can download it directly by selecting the "ATIS White Papers" group within "Public Workspace."

The ATIS-1000062 link does not work for me. It led me to a white paper request page for ATIS-1000062 however when I clicked the submit button then the "view resource" button in the subsequent page, it resulted in an error page "Site 'atis.connectedcommunity.org' not found".
Can you please help to take a look?
