    Dear INC Participants,

Please note the following open Action Items for INC 191:

Allyson Blevins (Sinch) and John Nakamura (10x People) will draft an Issue to review the Incoming NANP Correspondence documents (NPA Exhaust Analysis, NANP Exhaust Analysis, and NRUF and NPA Exhaust Analysis) in a more general overview approach. This is being done to expand INC's understanding of the reports to help determine what is needed for additional context from NANP. (Issueless)

INC Participants will review INC-2025-00014R000 (Telecom Glossary) before INC 191 (Issueless)

ATIS will develop a Glossary for ATIS-0300071, Recommended Plan for Expanding the Capacity of the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). (Issue 934)

INC Participants will review ATIS-0300072, North American Numbering Plan (NANP) Expansion Reference Document with an emphasis on Annex B to see if the eliminated options/rationale would be applicable for inclusion in the expansion plan. Participants will be prepared to discuss at INC 191(Issue 934)

John Nakamura (10x People) will draft an outline for an addendum to ATIS-0300071, Recommended Plan for Expanding the Capacity of the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) (Issue 934)

Participants should review Section 11.1 and 11.2 of the TBCOCAG and determine if language should be modified to provide more guidance regarding the porting of TNs previously assigned/retained thousands-blocks. This is due by INC 187. (Issue 972)

      • (This Issue closed 12/06.  Can this AI be closed?)

Tara Farquhar (NANPA) will utilize the current GPC trigger of 20 as well as the current NANP exhaust date of 2053, to identify what year the trigger of 20 Available GPCs will be met. (Issue 974)

Tara Farquhar (NANPA) will determine how many GPC codes will be left available in 2043. (Issue 974)

Participants will review NGIIF documents related to test lines. In addition, they will refer internally to determine any potential solutions to the default routing Issue with consideration of Safety Valves. (Issue 985)

      • (This marked as open on AWS but closed in past notes.  There is no follow up to resolution.  A new action item was opened, should this AI be closed?)

INC leadership will request NGIIF to evaluate the use of "should" vs "shall" language regarding test numbers in ATIS-0300024 Next Generation Interconnection Interoperability (NGIIF), Reference Document, Part V, Test Line Guidelines. (Issue 985)

Allyson Blevins (Sinch) will review Issue 985 and draft a new contribution to update the guidelines if necessary (Issue 985)

Florence Weber (NANPA) will draft a contribution to modify NPA Notification and Planning Guidelines to ensure they are aligned with the current Best Practices and technological advances (Issue 986)

John Nakamura (10x People) will review LRN Assignment Practices Glossary and compare to TBCOCAG Glossary.  Mr. Nakamura will make updates the LRN Glossary to reflect language consistency with the TBCOCAG Glossary (Issue 987)

Florence Weber (NANPA), Allyson Blevins (Sinch) and Sharon Pistachio (Verizon) will draft a proposed outline to restructure the TBCOCAG (Issue 988)

Participants shall review Sections 5.2.3, 5.3.3, 11.2.11.1.2, and 11.2.11.1.3 of the TBCOCAG for clarity and general review purposes and provide contributions prior to INC 190. (Issue 988)

Please let me know if you have any questions.  Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

    Best,
    Kayla
