ATIS Participants:

As we prepare to transition into the new year, it is also time for ATIS to roll over the year (from 2025 to 2026) associated with future documents registered in ATIS Workspace (AWS) (e.g., ATISGROUPNAME-2025-00xxxR00y.docx). The result will be that documents registered on or after Friday, December 19, 2025, will carry "2026" in the filename and be posted in a new 2026 folder. This will also help ensure that documents targeted to 2026 meetings will begin to carry 2026 numbers. Please make note of the following:

• All documents and associated revisions intended to retain 2025 in the filename must be uploaded prior to December 19. 
• Adding revisions to 2025 (and earlier) documents will not be permitted on/after December 19.
• 2025 documents will continue to be available in their respective 2025 folders.  All other folders will also remain unchanged.
• Carryover documents (2025 documents that continue to be worked and revised in 2026) will need to be registered with new 2026 filenames when updates are made. The contributor should reference the previous year's filename in the description field to assist in tracking the history of the file (for example, in addition to a description of the file, include "The previous version of this document was registered as ATISGROUPNAME-2025-000xxR00y.docx").
