Dear ATIS Workspace Users:

As we prepare to transition into the new year, it is also time for ATIS to roll over the year associated with future documents registered in ATIS Workspace (AWS) (e.g., ATISGROUPNAME-2024-00xxxR00y.docx). The result will be that documents registered on or after Friday, December 13, 2024, will carry "2025" in the filename and be posted in a new 2025 folder. This will ensure that documents targeted for discussion in 2025 meetings will begin to carry 2025 numbers. Please make note of the following:

• All documents and associated revisions intended to retain 2024 in the filename must be uploaded prior to December 13. 
• Adding revisions to 2024 (and earlier) documents will not be permitted on/after December 13.
• 2024 documents will continue to be available in their respective 2024 folders.  All other folders will also remain unchanged.
• Carryover documents (2024 documents that continue to be worked and revised in 2025) will need to be registered with new 2025 filenames when updates are made. The contributor should reference the previous year's filename in the description field to assist in tracking the history of the file (for example, in addition to a description of the file, include "The previous version of this document was registered as ATISGROUPNAME-2024-000xxR00y.docx").
