Please note the following message from Tara Farquhar, following INC 185:
During INC 185 Issue 969, Updates to ATIS-0300060, 9YY NXX Code Assignment Guidelines and forms for the combined NANP Administration System (NAS), INC questioned the addition of withdraw and suspend to guideline language in Section 7.4.1.3 of INC-2024-00013R000 since those functions were not in the NANPA TRD.
NANPA received the approval of INC to have Approved, Denied, Suspended and Withdrawn on the Part 3 with Issue 906, Updates to the 9YY NXX Code Assignment Guidelines Forms for the combined NAS system in June 2021 prior to building out the 9YY resource functionality in NAS.
