Description
ALIII Discovery and Connectivity - simplify to single reference
architecture diagram, rename OSP/TSP, add reference call flow (incomplete),
start adding some of the TLS requirements (incomplete).
I don't have the source material for Figure-1 so I was not able to update
the diagram to remove UE/UNI nor rename OSP/TSP.
R2 contains edits from the Routing subgroup meeting on August 25, 2026.
