    This revision updates the clause 4 architecture diagram and descriptive text to remove the UNIs, and to add ALIII-PA and RespOrg functional entities.

    ALIII Discovery and Connectivity - simplify to single reference
    architecture diagram, rename OSP/TSP, add reference call flow (incomplete),
    start adding some of the TLS requirements (incomplete).

    I don't have the source material for Figure-1 so I was not able to update
    the diagram to remove UE/UNI nor rename OSP/TSP.
