Description
This is a re-submission of IPNNI-2026-00076R000 against the
IPNNI-2026-00012R007 clean baseline. The original 76R0 was submitted
against an earlier baseline but never reviewed.
This re-submission version keeps the 2 proposed Definitions of AAT and AVSP
largely unchanged, but the original content proposed for Section 4.3 is
substantially changed.
Most of the material in the original contribution would instead be more
appropriate as content of the ATIS-1000080 "like" companion document. In
this re-submission I refer to that as "ALIII Trust Architecture and
Certificate Management". (I dropped "Governance Model from the title
because that model is well established. Nevertheless, ALIII-specific trust
architecture elements still need to be specified.)
R1 contains edits from the IP-NNI TF meeting on July 20, 2026.
