    Reposting IPNNI-2026-00012R07 which was originally posted 6/26/26 but somehow was removed from the ATIS website...

    New baseline. Accepted redlines that were incorporated from IPNNI-2026-00094R001 (Martin Dolly's DDoS proposed edits as further modified by Anna Karditzas and agreed upon in the June 18, 2026 IP-NNI TF meeting) and IPNNI-2026-00095R001 (Matt Nickols's FQDN/SRV/TTL proposed edits as further modified by Anna Karditzas and agreed upon in the June 18, 2026 IP-NNI TF meeting) into IPNNI-2026-00012). Both sections still have some added editor notes for further discussion/contributions.
