    Proposed updates to IPNNI-2025-00037R006. This contribution updates the PA Cert Renewal procedures in clause 5.4.6, and adds new clause 5.4.7 describing the STI-PA CRL lifetime procedures. This contribution updates the IPNNI-2025-00056R000 contribution to address comments from the Aug 21 IPNNI meeting. The following updates were made to clause 5.4.7:
    - In the description of T2, clarified that the STI-PA can obtain the max lifetime of an STI certificate from the CP,
    - In step-2 of the CRL lifecycle procedure, specified that the new CRL signing certificate shall be hosted at a new URL,
    - In final paragraph, described the procedures for using the CP to distribute a new CRL URL to STI-CAs.
