    Description
    This technical report describes operational and management considerations
    for an STI Policy Administrator’s Certificate Management. This document
    defines the operational practices to be followed by the STI Policy
    Administrator (STI-PA) in managing its CA, which issues certificates used
    to secure the information in the list of Trusted STI-CAs, SPC Tokens, and
    CRL. This document does not address any additional policy aspects defined
    by the STI Governance Authority (STI-GA) to be applied by the STI-PA.

    R1 contains edits from the IP-NNI TF meeting on June 10, 2025.
    R2 is the clean version of R1.
    R3 is changes agreed on June 18, 2025 based on IPNNI-2025-00044R000
