    Description
    This document updates ATIS-1000084.v004 to include the certificates
    policies and practices for the STI-PA's Certification Authority. The
    STI-PA's CA issues the certificates for signing the Trusted STI-CA List and
    the SPC tokens.

    R1 contains edits from the IP-NNI TF meeting on January 28, 2025.

    R2 is a clean version of R1.

    R3 is based on IPNNI-2025-00036R000 agreed on June 10, 2025.

    R4 is a clean version of R3.

    R5 is based on IPNNI-2025-00043R001 agreed on June 18, 2025.

    R6 is clean version of R5.
