    Contribution with proposed updates to the delegate certificates (revision
    of ATIS-1000092) baseline IPNNI-2025-00001R002. Clarifies the purpose of
    delegate certificates, harmonizes terms with ATIS-1000080, and clarifies
    the relationship between STIR (RFC 8226) certificates, ATIS-1000080 STI
    Certificates, and delegate certificates, and provides other editorial
    updates. Note that proposed updates as output from the V-SCA subgroup will
    be submitted separately.
