    Proposed updates to ATIS-1000092.v002 draft baseline.
    Primary updates from 051R000 include...
    Clause 6.1 -- made "x5c" mandatory, for PASSporTs signed with delegate certs, and added "x5c" field to PASSporT and INVITE examples.
    Clause 6.2.2 -- updated the verification procedure slightly since the "x5c" should always be there.
    A.2.2 -- added Enhanced JWT Claim Constraints extension to example delegate EE cert.
