Propose the following updates to ATIS-1000092.v002 draft baseline:
1) Remove the procedures that say an OSP authentication service may use the presence of valid base PASSPorT signed with a delegate cert as evidence that "A" attestation criteria have been met. Instead, the OSP should simply assert shaken attestation level as specified in ATIS-1000074.
2) Remove support for OCSP.
3) Added support for draft-ietf-stir-certificates-shortlived, including support for “x5c” in the PASSporT protected header.
