    This contribution proposes updates to the RCD PASSporT spec ATIS-1000094.v002 draft baseline (document IPNNI-2024-00007R002) to resolve editor's notes.

    I numbered the 9 editor's notes in this document to make tracking easier. Their resolution status as of this contribution is as follows:
    - Editor's Notes 2, 6, and 8 were resolved in previous contributions, and if agreed, can be removed.
    - Editor's Notes 1, 3, and 5 are resolved in this contribution, and if agreed can be removed.
    - Editor's Notes 4, 7, and 9 are still unresolved.
