section (4.2) to briefly, at a high level, mention RCS:
Section 1.1 Scope - strikethrough the language stating RCS would not be
discussed.
Section 4.2 - completed the section entitled "Messaging Ecosystems".
Section 8.2 - added the word "easily" to qualify ability to do SMS message
authentication. e.g., cannot "easily" do message authentication.
