The proposed updates in the document are the following:
-Updated Figures 1 and 2 to show MMSC, multimedia messaging protocols, and
updating the associated text.
-Added clarification that the Roaming scenarios are not reflected in the
diagrams for simplicity.
-Removed RCS from section 8.2 since it’s out of scope of this document
-Added clarification why the RFC 9475 can't be used for SMS.
R1 reflects modifications made throughout the discussion on February 7,
2024.
