Submitter's message This contribution is a follow up to the Action Item from INC 196 - Michael Doherty (iconectiv) will review the NPAC Responsibilities section. It provides proposed edits to clarify the NPAC responsibilities included in section 18 of the TBCOCAG (ATIS-0300119). In addition, the contribution corrects the use of the term NPAC which is the Number Portability Service Management System. In many instances the term NPAC is replaced with LNPA (Local Number Portability Administrator) which refers to the people that administer the NPAC SMS database.
