The following contribution is the reorganized & Streamlined ATIS-0300119,
Thousands-Block (NPA-NXX-X) & Central Office Code (NPA-NXX) Administration
Guidelines using the working document for the 6/12/2026 Final TBCOCAG with
the exclusion of the updates for Issue 994, Review if NANPA can deny
requests for resources due to a Service’s Provider’s inability to fulfill
code holder’s responsibilities, e.g. having an AOCN since that issue is in
Initial Pending. The document format does differ from the outlines
associated with INC-2025-00062R000 and INC -2025-00133R001 to avoid
unnecessary repetition where possible. The Glossary and Normative
References have not yet been added, and it is possible that not all
Glossary terms have been capitalized. An attempt was made to only spell out
the full form name or acronym at the first reference or when in a section
title, but some may have been missed.
R2 contains edits from the INC 196 meeting on Wednesday, June 24.
