ATIS is exploring the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to support
staff’s drafting of meeting notes and plans to trial the use of
AI-notetaking tools for future meetings of this group. This trial will
allow staff to use AI-notetaking tools to support the drafting of notes; no
other use of these tools is permitted. Please see the ATIS Meeting
Notetaking Policy (Trial) for more information. Any ATIS participant that
does not support the use of AI-notetaking for this meeting should inform
ATIS staff and forum leadership. If there are any questions about this
matter, please let us know.
