    statement “By signing below,” was left on the Part 4 Forms in error.

    The Part 4 Form in NAS has already been updated to remove the text “By
    signing below,” from the ATIS-0300119, Thousands-Block (NPA-NXX-X) &
    Central Office Code (NPA-NXX) Administration Guidelines; ATIS-0300052,
    Non-Geographic 5XX-NXX Code Assignment Guidelines; ATIS-0300060, 9YY NXX
    Code Assignment Guidelines; and ATIS – 0300050, Carrier Identification Code
    (CIC) Assignment Guidelines Part 4 Forms.
