    Contribution for Proposed Issue: INC-2025-00102R000

    Summary
    Currently, rate center orders are sometimes denied due to block
    unavailability, even when blocks appear available at the time of
    submission. This requires users to submit a separate NPA-NXX code order,
    creating inefficiencies, delays, and duplicate work.
    Add a method during the ordering of pooled blocks to indicate the
    originating Service Provider will accept a CO Code if the block(s) become
    unavailable after original Submission.
    If selected/chosen and the block(s) are unavailable when the request is
    reviewed, the system would automatically convert the request to a CO Code
    Pool Replenishment request.
    Suggest updating TBCOCAG Sections 5.1.3 (m) and 5.2.3 (m) with new
    language.
