    At INC 189 under Issue 988, Update various sections of the Thousands Block
    (NPA-NXX-X) & Central Office Code (NPA-NXX) Administration Guidelines
    (TBCOCAG, ATIS-0300119), INC participants discussed restructuring
    ATIS-0300119, Thousands-Block (NPA-NXX-X) & Central Office Code (NPA-NXX)
    Administration Guidelines (TBCOCAG) to streamline processes and remove
    duplicative text. At INC 190, contribution INC-2025-00062R000 was reviewed
    and INC decided to open a new issue to restructure the TBCOCAG to allow the
    changes in Issue 988 to be implemented and to separate the restructuring of
    the guidelines from other changes.

    INC agreed to transfer contribution INC-2025-00062R000 to this new issue
    once accepted.
