    According to the ATIS-0300050, Carrier Identification Code (CIC) Assignment
    Guidelines Section 5.1 CIC Assignee Responsibility: Access Providers are
    obligated to migrate all traffic off a CIC and remove translations for the
    CIC within 12 months of being notified by NANPA of a return/reclamation.
    The attached notification list the CICs returned or reclaimed in February
    2025.
