    Description
    When making final reviews of the ATIS-0300050, Carrier Identification Code
    (CIC) Administration Guidelines Part 1 and Part 3 Forms NANPA noted some
    inconsistencies from other INC forms. This issue suggests updating the
    “Signature of Authorized Representative of the CIC Entity” to
    “Signature of Applicant” on the Part 1 and “CIC Administrator” to
    “Administrator Contact Name” on the Part 3 to align with other INC
    forms.
