    When making updates to the p-ANI Guidelines for the combined NAS, NANPA
    updated the registration processing time from 5 business days to 7 calendar
    days in error. To align with the system requirements, Section 4.3 of
    ATIS-0300089, p-ANI Guidelines needs to be changed back to five (5)
    business days.
