    Description
    This contribution proposes updates to the p-ANI Administration Guidelines
    to align with changes in the combined NAS.

    This updated version includes changes to Section 5.8 NPA Relief Activities
    to indicate that NANPA shall send the Planning Letter via the NANP
    Notification System (NNS).

    This updated contribution changes all references of RNA to NANPA, except
    the initial RNA reference and when noting specific documents. It also made
    consistency edits with other guidelines (i.e, capitalized glossary terms
    where needed and spelled out the initial reference of an acronym in each
    section, aligned number formatting).
