Dear INC participants:

The INC reached agreement during INC 195 to place the following Issues into Initial Closure on May 15, 2026. INC was previously notified of this activity electronically.  Given that no objections were received in the 21 days since the proposed resolutions were posted to Projects in ATIS Workspace, the following Issues (linked below) are now considered in Final Closure and Initial Pending:

ISSUES IN INITIAL PENDING

• Issue 994, Review if NANPA can deny requests for resources due to a Service Provider's inability to fulfill code holder's responsibilities, e.g. having an AOCN, (Blevins, Sinch & Hartman, TNS)
