  Admin Note: This Issue will go into Initial Pending after the Initial Closure period.

REMINDER:  Issues in Initial Closure will automatically be placed in Final Closure if 21 days pass from when the proposed resolution is posted to the INC website, notification of the issue being placed in Initial Closure is distributed to the e-mail exploder list, and no new information surfaces that would require the Issue to be placed into the Active or Initial Pending category.
