WCB Seeks Comment on Petition for Waiver of Numbering Access Rules
Summary: By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau seeks comment on a petition of Tango Networks, Inc. (Tango), seeking waiver of the requirement in the Commission's numbering assignment rules that, among other things, state that "[a]n applicant for initial numbering resources must include in its application evidence that the applicant is authorized to provide service in the area for which the numbering resources are requested." Comments due February 5. Replies due February 20.
