Dear INC members,

The following Issues have been in Initial Pending, awaiting the implementation of the combined NANP Administration System (CNAS). Given the implementation of the CNAS occurring on October 28, 2024, immediately prior to an INC face-to-face meeting, it was determined by NANP and ATIS that the documents may be posted today, October 25, 2024. I have two meeting notices for INC one starting at 6am Pacific Time and one starting 7am Pacific Time.  Which one is correct?  I am assuming 7am Pacific because currently on right now and waiting for over 12 minutes.
