Dear INC Participants:
This email is to announce that an election will take place to fill the position of INC Co-Chair for a term running from January 2026 until January 2028.
Nominations for these positions are being solicited and should be sent to Anna Karditzas (akarditzas@atis.org) by December 4, 2025. We will keep you informed of nominations as they are received.
Candidates shall come from the Voting Members of the Forum and should have previous Subcommittee and industry experience. Affiliate ATIS Member Company representatives, Observers, and Opt-Out Participants shall not serve as leaders of Subcommittees. Please ensure that you have reviewed Section 3 (Leadership) in the ATIS Operating Procedures regarding leadership positions. In addition, confirm that any individual you wish to nominate agrees to be a candidate, and has company support to fulfill the responsibilities. We will keep you informed of nominations as they are received.
The election will be held via email. The election of leadership is by a simple majority of those INC companies who vote; each voting company participating in INC has one vote. If there are multiple candidates and no one candidate receives a simple majority on the first ballot, a second ballot will be held between the top two vote-receiving candidates. If there is only one candidate per position, the election will be one of acclamation, and no voting will be required.
