ATIS Participants:
As we prepare to transition into the new year, it is also time for ATIS to roll over the year (from 2022 to 2023) associated with future documents registered in ATIS Workspace (AWS) (e.g., ATISGROUPNAME-2022-00xxxR00y.docx). The
result will be that documents registered on or after Friday, December 16, 2022, will carry “2023” in the filename and be posted in a new 2023 folder. This will also help ensure that documents targeted to 2023 meetings will begin to carry 2023 numbers. Please
make note of the following:

All documents and associated revisions intended to retain 2022 in the filename must be uploaded prior to December 16.

Adding revisions to 2022 (and earlier) documents will not be permitted on/after December 16.

2022 documents will continue to be available in their respective 2022 folders. All other folders will also remain unchanged.

Carryover documents (2022 documents that continue to be worked and revised in 2023) will need to be registered with new 2023 filenames when updates are made. The
contributor should reference the previous year's filename in the description field to assist in tracking the history of the file (for example, in addition to a description of the file, include "The previous version of this document was registered as ATISGROUPNAME-2022-000xxR00y.docx").
