| Description | This contribution proposes two updates to ATIS-1000074: 1. Add a note about the CR URL caching behavior with a reference to RFC 7234. 2. Add a note about CR URL requirements (scheme, port, userinfo subcomponent, query component, and fragment identifier component) in order to help protect the STI-VS network from SSRF attacks. R3 contains edits from the IP-NNI TF meeting on May 12, 2021. R4 addresses the feedback from the TF meeting. The goal being to promote the migration to port 443 and a ".cer" extension over time so that ATIS-1000074v3 could potentially require port 443 and a ".cer" extension. A comment about redirect handling was also added because of DOS attack concerns and to address an issue in NIPCA. R4 is based on IPNNI-2021-00021R005. |
