Propose naming standards for Subject in STI end-entity certificates to facilitate operations and traceback. R1 contains edits from the IP-NNI TF meeting on January 21, 2021. R2 contains new proposed text for naming and adds references to SHAKEN PASSporT (the latter was not agreed and changes backed out). R3/R4 contain edits/updates from the IP-NNI TF meeting on March 11, 2021. R5/R6 contains edits/updates agreed at April 27, 2021 virtual meeting. R7/R8 contains changes agreed at June 7, 2021 meeting based on IPNNI-2021-00064R001 R9 Tidying references in prep for LB. R10 contains the clean version for LB. R11 contains the incorporated LB comments (PTSC-LB-266) and associated edits from the IP-NNI TF meeting on October 5, 2021. R12 contains updates to Figures 6.1 and 6.6 to reflect agreed LB comments.
